A pre-installed battery powers the device for up to 5 years without maintenance. Battery status, fault conditions, and alarm events are displayed in real time via Ajax mobile and desktop applications, providing constant visibility and control.

Installation is tool-free using the SmartBracket mount, which allows for quick and secure attachment. The device is equipped with a tamper switch that instantly notifies of unauthorized removal or tampering attempts.

FireProtect Smoke supports an interconnected alarm function, where all detectors in the system will activate their built-in sirens within 20 seconds of a fire being detected, ensuring immediate evacuation alerts without the need for wired connections.
