Zalman ALPHA is a premium product series. The next generation of two- and three-section liquid CPU cooling systems, the Zalman ALPHA2SE, is a unique Zalman development. The improved pump design is noteworthy: the coolant is distributed into two independent streams. This design prevents pump overload and improves cooling by reducing residual liquid volume in the pump. The pump's decorative surface with ARGB illumination is an interesting design solution for such a device. The upper segment is styled to resemble a custom backlit cooling tube. The water block base is copper. The integrated ARGB controller controls the speed and illumination of the fans mounted on the radiator. These liquid cooling systems use quiet 120mm ARGB fans with unique shark-fin-shaped blades. RPM is controlled via pulse-width modulation in the range of 800 to 2000 RPM.
